Betting more money than you can afford to lose
Chasing losses with bigger bets
Lying about how much you bet or lose
Neglecting work, family or responsibilities
Borrowing money to gamble
Feeling anxious or irritated when not betting
Betting to escape problems or negative feelings
Difficulty stopping or controlling betting

Healthy Betting Habits

Set a monthly betting budget and never exceed it
Only bet with money you can afford to lose
Set time limits for your betting sessions
Never bet under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Do not use betting as a source of income
Take regular breaks and maintain other leisure activities
Do not try to recover losses with bigger bets

Gambling should be regarded solely as a form of entertainment and must not be understood as a source of income, investment opportunity, or financial recovery strategy.
